Over time, I wrote a couple of e-books and added audio tips from my real estate coaching days. My "Short Sale" eBook outlines principles that have been downloaded by thousands of people. I added videos of houses that I've flipped/sold and posted them here, on youtube and now, exclusively, on rumble.com. Since 2014, I'm a licensed real estate broker - working, exclusively, with sellers in King, Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom Counties.
