Coaching ?? What do you get for "coaching" ?

Here's the deal - 

IF you decide you need some form of coaching, try to find someone local, like through your local REIA - who you can VERIFY is someone who can help you get things done - AND they live local, so their experience is, directly, related to what you're trying to accomplish.

Coaching can be a critical aspect to your success, depending on your sales personality.
Sales Personality ??

Yup !

Does your personality mix well with "most" others ?
Be real about this, because your personality is an ENABLER - or a DIS-ABLER.

Be real and identify what your personality is - and what "net" results you average from that personality you own.

Do you piss people off ? Do you ?!!
How do you, HONESTLY, feel about your personality ROI ?

Maybe you're an asshole ? It's ok IF it works for you - BUTT if it doesn't, you know it sucks.

Whoever you are - understand your client base.
Through understanding AND how you respond to your clients, CAN DO will be DONE.
