Wakey Wakey !!

On 9/28 - I embarked on a 6 month personal challenge to become a top selling broker AND I'm going to achieve that goal.
At the end of the 6 months, I'll never be the same person I am today - I'll BE MORE !
 
Since starting, I've had 4 listing appointments:
1 was a disaster and the 2nd I thought I had
3rd and 4th listing appts fell through, as 1 re-listed with their same agent and the other is opting to wait until after the 1st of the year, despite my best efforts.

I WILL be the listing agent on that one !
 
Reason I lost the listing I thought I had ?
Another agent had the foresight to, professionally, disparage me by logging into the MLS and inputting my LAG# to pull up all my listings/solds.
 
Ok, sucked for me, but I commend that agent for thinking on his feet  - he's sold 63 houses over the last 365 days.
THAT is what I can AND WILL do too !!
In fact, my goal is higher than 63 a year - 
 
To date, I've sold 4 and have had 2 listings and I'm beginning my 2nd year as a licensed agent - time to improve -time to BE MORE.
I'm going to achieve my goal so no other agent will ever have that ability to do that, to me, again !!
 
As of today, day 25 - I've knocked 245 doors, added 28 "possibles" to my database AND I've been calling expireds and cancels every day.
I've made a fool out of myself, been so nervous about stepping outside of my "comfort zones" that I found myself trying to justify ridiculous reasons why this Level UP/BE MORE nonsense might not be the best idea I've, ever, had............turns out it IS the best idea, EVER !!
 
Those 2 listing appts ?
1 came from door knocking and the other came from expireds.
 
None of those appointments would have happened had I not put myself out there.
 
So, I want to know who wants to Level UP with me ?
​I don't care what state you live in - 
 
I'm not saying lets, physically, get together and mastermind, roleplay, knock doors and call expireds - but I'm open to ideas.
Door knocking and calling whoever, whenever, is something any of you can do on your own - you just need to have the discipline to do it !!
 
Mastermind and roleplaying is something we can do over the phone and/or Skype.

Ideally, I'm looking for 1 or 2 of you who, like me, finds themselves highly motivated, tired of being mediocre, isn't afraid of rejection......and let me tell you, man - I've been getting my ass kicked, daily !!
Rejection, rejection, rejection.........leads to SUCCESS !!
 
Am I crazy ?
Maybe, but that's beside the point I'm trying to make AND what I'm going to accomplish over the next 6 months.
 
I called 1 listing 15 times in 3 days and that was my 2nd listing appt that I, nearly, obtained as a listing........and that was on a 799K house.
 
Other expireds have, literally, told me to "Get a life and stop calling me !!"
So, I stop calling them and keep calling others, because if someone isn't going to allow me to work for them, it's NOT going to be because of my lack of effort AND I'd rather have someone NOT work with me on my terms, NOT theirs ; )
 
 
So, if anything I'm pitching, herein, resonates with you and you can handle getting rejected, multiple times, daily.....ring me up and lets have a conversation.

Remember, there's going to be obstacles all over the place once you decide to Level UP, but every one of those obstacles will, inevitably, get their ass kicked - just like you will, as you climb that ladder to the top.
