Literally - because if you don't, someone else WILL take your business.
So, lets talk about this: There's LOTS of segments involved in running a successful real estate (any) business. We live in a digital society, where the opportunity to reach "the masses" has never been greater. IT'S CRITICAL: Get into the habit of performing - as in suiting up AND showing up. Ensure that you have all the "tools" you'll need to be THEE best. Know how, and when, to use those tools too ! Be sincere, be real. Be knowledgeable, but NOT smug. Be open to understanding what your client IS conveying to you. Ensure you address every aspect of your client's need(s). MINDSET: There's NOTHING more important than doing what you say you're going to do. IF you say you will, then you MUST......period. It's all about your attitude - You ARE your business, so be mindful and deliberate. Your attitude will, always, be obvious - Authenticity IS key.
