Take note - NOW is the time to sell, because more properties are coming online and, as seen by the # of properties that went PENDING, the market is HOT.

Don't wait, though, if you want to sell, because of the supply and demand thing I keep flapping my jaw about.

Today's math is simple, there's a NET of 124 more Active/For Sale listings that hit the market.
As this # increases and supply outpaces demand - guess what happens.......

VERY low rates are keeping you in the market and supply IS increasing.
While there's many great deals to be had, now, there's going to be more coming.
